GREGORY PAUL
Certified Event & Production Designer
After attending the Art Institue of Philadelphia, Gregory Paul joined the LEO team in 2010 as Head Event Designer. He is a certified event designer and mastermind behind the unique and extraordinary designs LEO creates.
His designs have been featured in The Knot,Say Yes to the Dress,America's Best, and numerous other publications.
Production Manager
Ian Pasko
Ian is the Production Manager at LEO Design Gallery. Graduate from Penn State University with a degree in Business, his job is not only to work onsite, but to make sure that all projects are completed in a timely manner and look great.
He has proficiency in all areas of responsibility for positions below Senior Event Manager within the Event Management team. Independently manages production and supervises tasks with in the LEO Design Gallery warehouse, showrooms and on site events that include multi-day events. Also, works with the editorial team, in research and coordinates the publication of LEO Design Gallery's in house publication, LEO Weddings Magazine.

In 2018, Heather took the LEO Elite Event Planning Program in hopes of starting a dream career in event planning. She instantly clicked with the dynamic team at LEO, with tremendous respect to both Gregory Paul and his design work and Heather Pasko and her event planning knowledge. Heather learned a tremendous amount from the LEO Elite Program and has put her best foot forward making each bride the happiest on their special day. One of the highlights of her experience was when the LEO team agreed to travel to Pittsburgh to make her wedding day more beautiful than she had ever imagined. Now, as a member of the LEO team, Heather is ready to help make your event vision come true!

Katie Johnsen
Even though Katie had been planning events for more than 12 years, a magical thing happened when she met Heather at the LEO Couture Bridal Showcase while planning her own wedding. A year later, she completed the LEO Elite Event Planning Program and joined the LEO Team, and she hasn’t looked back since! Her passion doesn’t just rest with weddings; she has a charitable spirit and is part of the March of Dimes Signature Chef Auction. Katie pulls her inspiration from her BA in Theater: Directing from Muhlenberg College - which is currently the top school for theater in the nation (Princeton Review). Katie loves working with all kinds of couples, but specializes in offbeat weddings with dramatic flair. She approaches each event as a production, and knows how to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

After her own wedding and reception went awry with disappointing services from local vendors, wilted flowers, and poor quality catering, Heather Pasko wanted to help prevent this from happening to other unsuspecting couples. She has been empowering them to make educated choices since the start of her business in 2000, successfully merging her special events and hospitality experience with her design and management skills to create sensational, emotional, and unforgettable weddings and special events.

Emily has been passionate about Art her entire life; combining it with her interest in working with computers, graphic design was a perfect fit. She graduated from Berks Technical Institute in 2008 with an Associates Degree in Graphic Design, and at graduation she received "The Brian Foss Award," which is awarded to the most improved and most talented Graphic Designer in the class.

Antonio Rivera is a film major and wedding enthusiast. He started his wedding journey as an intern with LEO Design Gallery. Flash forward 5 years later and he is still here, loving what he does. Besides working weddings with LEO, he also runs a Wedding Venue in Manayunk, PA. A talented Menswear Stylist he is ready to rock your wedding and make sure your husband is looking SHARP for your big day.
